Health & Fitness – How To Avoid Over Training
You may know 80% of the guys in the gym are over training, and you may know only ~2% of the population can build muscle with the super high intensive training. And almost of them also consume steroids.The most of us (the majority of people) have to follow other ‘non traditional’ exercises.
Over training may be very easily done, particularly by the beginners. Practically in the gym isn’t much in the muscle building. With little study you are able to avoid doing this mistake and really get effective muscle gain.
You may also know that over training emphasizes your immune system. It reduces your total body recovery ability. You may lose appetite, get bad sleep, joint pains, fatigue. Indeed it won’t just slow your progress but it can also damage your health.
