* Socks do not have to wear, but use a treadmill and elliptical; forward movement can cause friction, so the foot can be scraped.
* Cowlick hair ask the front desk if they have a rubber band, or do low impact exercise that does not result in excessive sweating like weights lifting. If you bring more t-shirts that have been moldy, cut a little and tassel your hair with a piece of cloth.
Classic reason 5: “I think I will get the flu.”

Sometimes I have to miss sports, but when I can force myself to practice at the gym, nose mucus stopped out and I felt a little relief and no remorse afterward.
