I really like your website and your articles are very helpful.
I just want to add, from my own experience, sometimes eating fruit for a meal instead of a snack is quite satisfying. I find I am LESS hungry between meals when I eat a couple of fruit for a meal, perhaps for lunch or even breakfast, drink water in between, with a drink for snack, perhaps tea or a few almonds, in between meals. Eating this way increases your good mood, you feel good about your choice and it sets the path for more good eating the next meal…
