6 Pack Abs – A Simple 2 Step Guide
It is true that to get 6 pack abs is not at all an easy task, but with a little motivation and dedication nothing is impossible. The 2-step guide illustrated below, is very simple to understand and easy to follow. Just follow it for 3 months and you can see the difference for yourself.
The first step is NUTRITION:
Metabolism is the key. Control it and you are that much nearer to your goal. For this plan your food intake by breaking them up in 5-6 small lots. This will help you to loose the fat. You should also look after what are you eating.

The second step is EXERCISE:
Aim to workout at least 4 times per week. There are 3 kinds of exercise that you need to focus on:
- cardio (walking, running, biking, swimming)
- weightlifting
- ab exercises
Cardio exercises will help you to burn the fat. To burn fat faster, the trick is to do cardio in bursts. For e.g. if you are running, walk for 1 minute and then sprint for 15 seconds. Repeat this cycle at least 10 times. You should to this type of cardio twice a week.
Weightlifting is important because it helps to burn fat faster. 3 pounds of added muscle burns the same amount of calories as a 1 mile jog. You should aim to do weightlifting 30-45 mins, twice a week.
The last but not the least are the ab exercises. There are a lot of ab exercise that you can do. Aim to work your abs at least 3 times a week.
A small tip for step 2. Mix up your routine, add/remove different weightlifting and abs exercise, vary the weight and repetitions. This will keep your body guessing and your mind fresh.
The result of this varies from person to person. But one thing is for sure, that at the end of 3 months you will definitely see an improvement in your abs.
