While for aerobic, you can choose to burn your fat in rapid way or taking the slower one. It is all your choice. High intensity aerobic is the way where you want loosing up your fat. Even though it is a hard exercise that need the professional to monitor your exercise, but it proves to burn fat in a faster way. Not only that, it also proves that it can make you have a healthy heart, because doing the high intensity aerobic it will raise your heart level. When you think once is enough to have healthy heart and able to loosing up your weight, you are wrong. You need to do it regularly for 30 -45 minutes.
As you can see doing fitness or aerobic will give you great effect in loosing up your weight. You will be able to wear any clothe that you want and you can have more friends without need to embarrassed with your body.

One needs a lot of discipline in order to workout regularly. I have been working out at least 5 times a week for more then a decade. Exercise is not just to lose weight. There are many more benefits derive from it.
