Again, the answer is… probably yes. OK, with all joking aside, and these rhetorical questions out of the way, let us talk about losing weight. Leaving these other small issues to another day!
Those of us with a few (or maybe more than a few) extra pounds and extra inches need a working solution. Any diet can be guaranteed to work IF you follow it correctly, but having the will power to stick with it for any length of time is the problem. The one type of diet that works fairly well for me is a low carbohydrate diet. Choosing a low carb diet allows eating larger amounts of food and more satisfying types of food and still drops the pounds quickly.

When it comes to losing weight fast one of the biggest things I witness is procrastination. Napoleon Hill said it the best, when he said: "Procrastination is the bad habit of putting off until the day after tomorrow, what should have been done the day before yesterday."
I like this quote because it fits into what I want to talk about. Time moves on whether you lose weight fast or not. The longer you procrastinate, the longer you will be overweight, and with that the odds increase that you will have health problems. Time won’t stand still, procrastination will slowly cause your health to deteriorate whether you know it or not, and whether you deny it or not. So what I like to say is that procrastination in losing weight is, in reality, nothing more than the assassination of your health.
