How to Shape Your Lean Feminine Muscular Shoulders

There are many body parts that women really love to shape up. The main body parts are the backside and the stomach, but pulling in a close third has to be shoulders. Women with sexy shoulders love to show them off by wearing the off the shoulder dresses and even the backless dresses. All of this is confidence boosting and feels great.

So if you want to shape up your shoulders, you have to first know that you have to do full body workouts. You want to burn body fat all over, but these same full body workouts will have a concentration on the shoulders. Let’s take a look at three of the exercises that are great for your shoulders.

Let’s first look at the dumbbell shoulder press. To do this, all you need is a pair of dumbbells. It’s best to do them standing up and not sitting down like a lot of people do. You have to keep your core really tight and you will press the dumbbell over your head. You can do both at the same time or one at a time, but it’s really a great exercise.

Next, you should do the upright row with a barbell. You can also do the upright row with dumbbells. To do this, you will stand up pretty straight and hold the barbell by your waist with your palms facing in. Then you will pull the bar straight up until it’s even with the base of your neck. Make sure you don’t fling the weight up but do it nice and slow. This will really help you shape your shoulders!

Finally you need to start getting good at pull ups. I know most women can’t do regular pull ups, but you need to start out on the assisted pull up machine. I have worked with many women that started there and can now do over 10 real pull ups. They shape your back and your shoulders and burn calories while building lean muscle mass.

Use these exercises and implement then into your workout and you will quickly see that your shoulders will shape up quickly. Remember though, a proper workout will change every four weeks so you can’t keep doing the same thing. However, this should bet you started.
