Foods to Eliminate Belly Fat

Did you know that there are certain foods that will help you eliminate belly fat? Well, there are These are foods that actively raise your metabolism. There are also foods that burn more calories than they contain so that they pay their way, so to speak. But, one of the best ways to eliminate belly fat is to avoid gaining it altogether. So let me first tell you something you might not know.

Foods were traditionally sweetened with sucrose. However, in the 1960s manufacturers discovered that High Fructose Corn Syrup was sweeter than sucrose and, more importantly, cheaper. Consequently, they began switching over. Today the vast majority of things you buy to eat contain HFCS from soft drinks to salad dressing to supposedly "healthy" high fiber breakfast cereal. The problem with HFCS is that it converts to fat faster than sucrose. So, it is not really a surprise that the nation’s expanding waist line coincides with the use of HFCS.

So the first food to eliminate belly fat is to eliminate all or as many foods containing HFSC as possible. This will put you significantly ahead of the game.

Now, there are some foods you can start eating and drinking that actually increase your metabolism and allow you to burn more fat. Study’s have shown that an ingredient in green tea increases your metabolism so that you are able to burn more fat. The same thing is true with cayenne pepper. Not only is it great for circulation but it increases your metabolism for a few hours after it is eaten. If you don’t want to go around putting cayenne pepper on your breakfast cereal you can purchase it in capsule form.
