<p>This simple trick to making you healthier, switch the order of your meals. Have a large breakfast, normal size lunch, and either a small salad or a bowl of soup for supper. That is it, that my simple trick. That is all you have to do to kick start a thinner healthier you. Now it is a good idea to focus on cutting fats and getting in some wholesome organically grown foods in there but that is for a later time and a different article.</p>

<p>This will start anyone losing weight as well as producing more energy throughout the day. The morning in one of the most active time of the day for most people; therefore, it is the time that we need the most fuel. Most people stay active during the day and do a lot more moving then they do after supper. This one little change will be enough and you will start to see a difference.</p>

<p>You should not believe an ad that tells you that you can lose weight in a short amount of time. Especially if they tell you that you don’t have to exercise. You will not get results that way. Think about it, if any of these crazy diets worked, why does the obesity in America continue to rise? In this country alone, 65% of the population is overweight.</p>

<p>With all the scam diets out there today, a person will probably see at least three a day. You can see them on TV, in magazines, on the internet and even on the radio. When someone sees one of these ads and is eager to lose weight fast. These ads appeal to them. They wonder if the diet they see will work for them which leads to other questions. Some people will stop at nothing to make themselves loose weight. Everyone is looking for the fastest and easiest way to do so.</p>
<p>That is why these ad scams work so well. Of course you are going to want to know more about a diet that tells you that you can loose weight in less than 5 days or a weight loss plan that tells you you can eat whatever you want. That is definitely appealing to someone desperate. So the person will find out more and most likely do the diet or buy whatever they need to start it. It won’t be long before they will realize that the diet is not working for them. But this wont be the end, the person will more than likely just try a different scam off of an infomercial or someplace else. This can go on for years. Also, many of these diets are not even good for your body. If it was true that you could loose 10 pounds in a week then you are putting your heart at risk.</p>
<p>People need to realize that loosing weight isn’t easy. Nor can it be made easy with any special diet. To loose weight successfully you will have to change your routine and lifestyle. You must find an exercising program you can keep up with and most importantly you need to stick to it. You may think that trying to loose weight using an exercise program and strict eating habits will take a long time to achieve your goals. If that’s what you are thinking, stop and think about all the time, effort and money you put into trying to make those diet scams work.</p>
<p>Exercising to loose weight is dramatically effective over time. The diet scams you see everywhere are not effective. The next time you fall victim to being convinced that a certain diet you saw on TV will work, just remember it will not be effective and nine times out of ten you will not get the results exercising will give you.</p>

A single (153 gram) slice of Papa John&#8217;s Pizza (The Meats) checks in at a whopping 430 calories, while a slice of pepperoni (111 grams) at Round Table Pizza boasts 310 calories. Finally, a (141 gram) deep-dish pepperoni slice from Little Caesars will set you back 350 calories.</p>
<p>Can Pizza Be Part Of A Healthy Diet?</p>
<p>With all those calories in pizza, and the pizza delivery truck just a phone call away, your diet and nutrition plan perhaps in jeopardy. But it does not have to be. The incredible pizza served up at your favorite pizza restaurant doesn&#8217;t have to derail your weight loss plan. While the local pizza franchise won&#8217;t ever be mistaken for the neighborhood quick weight loss center, and pizza likely will not ever qualify as a fat burning food, you do not have to give it up entirely in favor of the latest fad diet.</p>

<p>While a steady diet of pizza will never be the next Weight Watcher diet, and the local pizza restaurant will never be a weight loss clinic, it is not unreasonable to claim that the Papa Murphy&#8217;s deLITE line of pizzas can indeed be a valuable part of our diet and exercise program.</p>
<p>Traditional diets promising easy weight loss demand that the dieter forfeit their favorite foods. More often than not, such diet programs include giving up pizza. This particular evening a young man walked into the van, and we talked about his drug use and life in the gay community. He had just come out about his sexual orientation without any support and used drugs to mask his fears.</p>
<p>As we spoke further, it surfaced that many of his fears were tied to him giving into his every temptation. He wanted to feel comfortable in his skin but had a certain pleasure tolerance that diminished any positive thoughts about himself. At this point, many of us look to the outside to heal and grow in life instead of looking and loving within ourselves. What happens at this point when we reach for a heroine needle or the cookie jar? We reach our pleasure tolerance, or our happiness quota and, the addiction cycle begins.</p>
<p><span id="more-1208"></span>For many people food is an addiction, just like a drug. We receive the same cycle of highs, lows, and reasons for cravings. Many of you can relate to the subtlety of sugar cravings in the office setting. When stressed, you open up that drawer of hidden chocolate bars and the cycle begins.</p>
<p>Have you had a time in your life when you were eating very healthy and exercising? You&#8217;d think to yourself, &#8220;I&#8217;ve got this down!&#8221; then out of nowhere you grab a few cookies and weeks later you notice your healthy lifestyle has vanished! This is because the way we eat is the way we live. Our interaction with food is an interesting insight to how we live our lives.</p>
<p>We&#8217;re all born with a certain amount of happiness, but this is not our comfort zone because we aren&#8217;t always happy or comfortable with our life and ourselves. Write down absolutely everything that you eat, as well as making a note about your mood at that exact time. By taking this step, you&#8217;ll be able to target which foods you turn to when you are in different moods.</p>
<p>Step 2: Connect with your desires. Who do you want to be? What do you want in life? What do you enjoy and dislike in your daily life? Being in tune with your desires helps you understand your true self and optimize life satisfaction. Have you written down your desires? Be true to what opens your unique, fun, and happy heart.
