Its effects on the heart are especially damaging. High blood pressure and heart disease are closely connected.</p>
<p>Moderate to high blood pressure significantly increases the load on the left side of the heart. Arterioles are often diseased or constricted, which increases resistance to blood flow. When this happens, the heart has to work much more to pump blood into the arterial system including the aorta.</p>
<p>When any muscle is overused, it tends to increase in size and bulk. The heart muscles react the same way. An enlarged heart is a sign of trouble.</p>
<p><span id="more-244"></span>Heart enlargement can be detected in several ways. A chest x-ray can reveal it. So can an electrocardiogram or even a physical examination.</p>
<p>In many high blood pressure patients, the walls of the left ventricle thicken. This increases the workload on the heart. Eventually, the heart falters and the left side of the heart no longer pumps blood adequately.</p>
<p>When this happens, major organs and tissues of the body are denied sufficient blood supply. The affected person becomes lethargic and weak.</p>
<p>Because of the higher pressure in the left ventricle, blood from the lungs cannot drain into the top compartment of the heart (the atrium). As a result, the lung tissues get congested which brings on bouts of breathlessness and coughs.</p>
<p>The patient may have a dry cough or even frothy phlegm with blood stains in it. This is a very scary experience to the sufferer and onlookers. In an acute attack, it seems to the patient that he or she is choking to death.</p>

<p>There are several other symptoms of right side heart failure. They include an enlarged liver, swollen ankles and feet, loss of appetite, swollen abdomen and lower urine flow.</p>

<p>For every good reason why you exercise, you may have more reason to leave: there is no time, were on his way and many more other classics reasons. But let&#8217;s cut it reason list to start now.  With the help of fitness experts, we discuss the realistic ideas to combat the daily obstacles that can disturb your exercise habits.  Maybe we can not help you to lift dumbbell, but when you have enough confidence, you can faces the daily confronting issues; we believe you will fine peak fitness.</p>
<p><span id="more-222"></span>Classic reason 1: &#8220;I have to divide time for work, family and friends, when is time to exercise?”</p>

<p>When I heard the alarm clock rang a half past four in the morning, the first I thought that comes is led is, I still want to go back to sleep sleepy. But because my day is always filled with ringing phones and changing diapers, early morning is the time where I am not pulled too much direction, so I forced myself to exercise. <p>Classic reason 2: &#8220;When I have time for sports, I was too tired.&#8221;</p>

<p>When I was like jogging, I said to myself, to walk, which sounds more easily.  When I got outside the house, it felt better immediately and ultimately I became jogging. <p>For now most people to travel with a computer, of course, DVD is a good choice for a workout in the hotel room. Find a hotel that has a small gym room (you can call and ask how much equipment they have).</p>
<p>Classic reason 4: &#8220;I always miss something when I go to the gym&#8221;</p>

<p>You&#8217;re changing clothes in the locker, and search to look for sports bra, but it is not there.  Who would have never experienced anything like this (and ultimately did not exercise)? Returned home not an option, so I stayed a little tightening my regular bra, and do a low impact elliptical, and not a treadmill.</p>
<p>Forgot your gym shoes can also be a disaster for your exercise plan. Fortunately you can work out without shoes. If you can not join a yoga or Pilate’s class, wearing only socks and find an empty classroom in the gym. Take a mat and do push-ups, sit up, squat, and other move.</p>
<p>To prevent the items missing in action, prepare your gym bag the night before, and do the check of what you need. If it&#8217;s possible, store the most important exercising equipment, namely sneakers and sports bra at your office or in your car trunk. Use this trick for the days where you had a super forgetful.</p>

<p>* T-shirt, wearing only your sports bra, or ask the front desk if they have the rest of t-shirts from the event or promotion<br />
* If you wearing a pair of jeans or comfortable pants, you can pedal a stationary bike, or walk on treadmill in elliptical<br />
* Socks do not have to wear, but use a treadmill and elliptical; forward movement can cause friction, so the foot can be scraped.<br />
* Cowlick hair ask the front desk if they have a rubber band, or do low impact exercise that does not result in excessive sweating like weights lifting. If you bring more t-shirts that have been moldy, cut a little and tassel your hair with a piece of cloth.</p>
<p>Classic reason 5: &#8220;I think I will get the flu.&#8221;</p>
<p>Suggestion: be honest to yourself and then listen to what your body wants to be submitted</p>
<p>Sometimes I have to miss sports, but when I can force myself to practice at the gym, nose mucus stopped out and I felt a little relief and no remorse afterward.</p>
<p>Although illness or injury is reasonable cause to reduce the intensity of exercise (or even miss a session), but sometimes a sense of not feeling well exist only in your head it can be easily removed by jogging or cycling. <p>Classic reason 6: &#8220;I feel no confident and afraid to go to the gym&#8221;</p>
<p>Suggestion: find an environment that can support you</p>
<p>I had to look like other women who often found there. Plus, I am also embarrassed to ask how to operate the tools.  Finally I&#8217;m just doing my best practice and my home course. When I found a women&#8217;s fitness center near my home, I also found a sense of independence from all the anxiety in the sense of entirely this.  I am no longer ashamed to ask and ask for help.
